Evolve Law Summit in NYC

Last week we participated in the Evolve Law Summit in New York City. Evolve Law is a program facilitating partnerships and growth in the Legal Technology space. Vijilent was one of the startups that were showcased along with entrepreneurs coming from the East Coast and even further. The event featured two panels, startup demos and 1:1 meetings. The panels included some great advice about strategic partnerships from Thomson Reuters, LegalShield, Wolters Kluwer and North State Consulting. We were also able to meet VCs from Anthos Capital, GUST, Portfolia Funds and Joplin Consulting LLC.

Vijilent is one of the NC Idea Spring 2017 Seed Grant Semi-Finalists

We’ve also received great news from NC Idea! From the pool of 173 Seed Grant applicants, we are happy to report that Vijilent is one of the 28 companies advancing as semi-finalists. NC Idea funds a variety of activities necessary to grow companies with great economic impact for the state of North Carolina:

“NC IDEA’s mission is to maximize the economic potential of the people of North Carolina by supporting the formation and fruition of high-growth entrepreneurial endeavors in the state.”

After a great start of April, we look forward to what’s ahead!
